DURHAM – A handful of former Blue Devils have been invited to the opening round of the tryout process for the United States Men's Lacrosse National Team in preparation for the 2023 World Lacrosse Men's Championship.
Duke head coach John Danowski, in his second cycle as the leader of the U.S. Men's National Team, worked with his staff to select 67 of the nation's top men's lacrosse players to USA Lacrosse headquarters for tryouts this week, June 14-16.
The Blue Devils invited are JT Giles-Harris, Justin Guterding, Myles Jones, Brad Smith, Michael Sowers and Cade Van Raaphorst.
