NOBLESVILLE, Ind. – Freshman Ian Siebers carded a second-round 3-under 69 to pace the Duke men's golf team on Tuesday as the NCAA Noblesville Regional continued the Sagamore Club in Noblesville, Ind.
With a one-over 289 as a team on Tuesday, the Blue Devils shaved 16 strokes off their Monday score, led by the 69 from Siebers and an even-par 72 from senior Adrien Pendaries. Duke jumped one spot into 10th place at 18-over par through 36 holes.
Wednesday's final round begins at 8:55 a.m., with Texas leading the tournament at 15-under par, followed by Tennessee (-8), North Carolina (-7), Louisville (-6) and North Florida (-3) to round out the top five.
