EUGENE, Ore. – The Duke track & field squad concluded the outdoor season today at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships with seven Blue Devils collecting All-America accolades.
“Today especially was a really good day,” said head coach Norm Ogilvie. “We had three second team All-Americas and one first team All-America. Katelyn Gochenour's first two throws in the javelin were under her normal marks and on the third throw she stepped it up and threw a school record and then threw beyond that twice more in the finals, so just a really great, great performance.
