WRAL is reporting that Duke offensive coordinator Scotty Montgomery will take over at ECU.
ECU recently fired Ruffin McNeil. Montgomery is a young head coach but he's really made a name for himself, and ECU is a place where football is really taken seriously. Congratulations to him and we know he's going to be outstanding.
