RALEIGH – With a 12-over, 296, in the final round of the Stitch Intercollegiate, the Duke men's golf team finished in third place at 34-over, 886, overall. The Blue Devils had three total individuals finish in a tie for ninth or better, led by Luke Sample, who took home a second-place finish at 3-over, 216, overall.
HOW IT HAPPENED: ROUND THREE
- With wind once again a factor, including a two-hour delay to high winds, no team finished under-par in the final round. As a team, Duke shot a 12-over, 296, in the third round.
