DURHAM – All five Duke starters scored at least 10 points for the second consecutive game as the Blue Devils (21-8, 12-6) defeated Virginia Tech, 81-65, on Saturday night. Jeremy Roach led the scoring efforts for the third consecutive game with 19 points on 8-of-13 shooting from the field and capped off his first career double-double with a career-high 11 assists. On the boards, Mark Mitchell led the Blue Devils with eight rebounds.
The five starters in double figures marked the first time since 2016 that Duke has done so in back-to-back games.
