COLORADO SPRINGS, COLO – The Duke track and field team swept the high jump competition on Friday at the Air Force Invite.
On the men’s side, Rivers Ridout took first place with a lifetime best jump. Ridout was able to clear 7-0.25 (2.14), breaking the seven-foot mark for the first time in his career. That jump puts Ridout second all-time at Duke and it is tied for the fifth-highest mark in the ACC this season. It is the second first-place finish for Ridout this year.
Also taking first place for the Blue Devils was Cassie Martin.
