DURHAM – Graduate student Michaela Reinhart's silver-medal performance in the women's 10,000m and senior Isabel Wakefield's bronze medal in the women's long jump headlined the first day of competition for Duke track and field at the 2022 ACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships at Morris Williams Stadium.
After day one, the women sit in third place with five of 21 scored events completed, while the men are in 11th with three of the 21 events completed.
From the jump, Reinhart positioned herself at the head of the pack and remained among the top-three for most of the race.
