DURHAM, N.C. – Over the course of the next few weeks, Duke softball is checking in with its six incoming freshmen who had their last high school seasons cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The first recruit checking in is Lillie Walker – a pitcher from Oklahoma.
What have you been doing to prepare for Duke both athletically and academically?
Lillie: "Athletically, I've been going to physical therapy for my knee – I just had surgery on my ACL. I've been doing at-home workouts and having to improvise a little, because I don't have a weight set.
