United States U20 World Cup Run Ends in Quarterfinals
Former Blue Devil Jeremy Ebobisse and the U.S. Men's Under 20 National Team had a good run at the U20 FIFA World Cup recently, ultimately falling 2-1 in extra time in the quarterfinals to Venezuela. Ebobbise and the Red, White and Blue went unbeaten in group play to win its group and advance to the knockout stage against New Zealand. In the round of 16, the U.S. was dominant, posting a 6-0 victory – tying the USA's record for largest margin of victory at the FIFA U-20 World Cup.
