One of the nicer Duke/NBA developments recently has been Quinn Cook’s carving out a nice with the Golden State Warriors.
Cook is a smallish guard by NBA standards and went undrafted out of Duke. He worked incredibly hard, made a real name for himself in the G League and kept plugging until the Warriors called.
Now he’s moved from a two-way player to a regular in the rotation and a guy the Warriors want to keep.
He’s established himself to the point where he can have options. One thing that may factor in for Cook is that in San Francisco, he’s barely middle class.
