DURHAM, N.C.—The quartet of seniors Jack Bruckner, Danny Fowler, Ethan Powley and Tommy Zenker have been selected to lead the 2017 Duke men’s lacrosse team as captains head coach John Danowski recently announced.
All four are first-time captains for the Blue Devils and key contributors to the program on and off the field. Each of them have played prominent roles on the field throughout their careers, but also are exemplary student-athletes with a combined nine ACC Academic Honor Roll awards combined.
Bruckner, a leader on attack for the past two seasons, enters his final year with 99 goals and 33 assists for 132 points.
