DURHAM – Former Duke women's soccer standout Mackenzie Pluck has signed a one-year contract with Angel City Football Club (ACFC) as announced by the club on Wednesday.
"Playing professionally has been a dream of mine for a long time," said Pluck. "I'm beyond grateful for this opportunity with Angel City, and I'm honored to play for a club with such ambition and excellence both on and off the field. I'm excited to compete at the highest level and cannot wait for the journey ahead."
A product of North Wales, Pa., Pluck recently completed her fifth year with the Blue Devils.
