CARMEL, Calif. – The Duke men's golf team completed nine holes in its second round before play was halted due to darkness Monday at the Cal Poly Invitational, held at The Preserve Golf Club. Second-round action is set to resume at 12:30 p.m. ET, on Tuesday.
HOW IT HAPPENED: DAY ONE
- As a team, Duke shot 2-under, 286, in the first round.
- Freshman Bryan Kim, starting on hole No. 9, began his day with a bogey, but was soon in red figures after birdies on the par-5 13th and par-4 15th.
