DURHAM – Senior offensive lineman Graham Barton and redshirt senior defensive tackle DeWayne Carter continued to accumulate preseason honors as the duo was selected to the Phil Steele Preseason All-America Team, the organization announced.
Barton was selected as the second team recipient, while Carter received fourth team acknowledgement.
Barton, a 2022 first team All-ACC selection, helped the Blue Devil offense accumulate 2,394 rushing and 3,010 passing yards last season. He started all 13 games at left tackle and created paths for Duke to register 31 rushing touchdowns, which set the program's single-season record.
