GREENSBORO, N.C. – Freshman swimmer Ali Pfaff broke the school record in the 200 Backstroke to finish second in the championship finals heat, clocking a time of 1:53.48 at the Greensboro Aquatic Center on Saturday.
The record marks the third consecutive day that Duke has broken a school record at the NC State Invitational.
NOTEABLES
- In the 1,650 Freestyle, Emily Gjertsen finished in eighth place, touching in with a time of 16:40.91.
