DURHAM, N.C. – Duke head men’s basketball coach Mike Krzyzewski announced the signing of two student-athletes during the early signing period. The early signing period ended November 21, with the NCAA’s regular signing period for basketball beginning April 17, 2019.
Wendell Moore and Rejean “Boogie” Ellis will enter the Duke program in 2019-20. Moore is rated as a five-star wing from Charlotte, while Ellis is a four-star guard from San Diego. Each are top 40 prospects in the ESPN100. Moore is the top-ranked player in the state of North Carolina and Duke’s first Queen City signee since Seth Curry in 2012-13.
