DURHAM, N.C. – Blue Devil sophomore Margaux Paolino has been added to the United States senior women’s national team roster, as announced Friday by U.S. women’s national team head coach Janneke Schopman.
Paolino, Laura Hurff and Tara Vittese were added to the squad following a week-long trial that included evaluation during test matches against Canada. A midfielder from Villanova, Pa., Paolino earned her first international cap with Team USA during the series against Canada in Chula Vista, Calif., scoring a goal in her debut.
“I am very excited to add Laura, Margaux and Tara to the roster,” commented Schopman.
