SAO PAULO, Brazil – Rising track and field senior Domonique Panton concluded competition at the inaugural 2018 FISU America Games Tuesday in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Panton participated in the triple jump and 4x400m relay and garnered medals in both events for the U.S.
In the triple jump, Panton notched second place with a leap of 11.92m while the U.S. brought in a bronze medal in the 4x400m relay, crossing the finish line in 3:49.98.
The conclusion of the FISU America Games marks Panton’s final competition during the 2018 campaign. This year as a Blue Devil brought great success for Panton who collected second team All-ACC honors in the triple jump for the first time in her career.
