What the hell has happened to the PAC-12?
December has been dismal but nothing could be much worse than UCLA’s losing at home to Liberty by 15. Liberty?
Losing to Belmont is almost understandable - it’s become a basketball school and Rick Byrd is a superb coach, but Liberty?
Steve Alford has been on the hot seat already and now the LA Times is openly suggesting that he could be fired at any time.
It goes beyond just Alford and UCLA though. The PAC-12 Network is a mess. The league has been shut out of the college football playoffs and last year got just three bids to the NCAA Tournament, and they may struggle to get that this year.
