OC Scottie Montgomery Introduced as Head Coach at ECU

Duke Offensive Coordinator/QB Coach Scottie Montgomery was introduced as the new head coach at East Carolina today.

Montgomery had served as the Associate Head Coach/OC/QB Coach for the last two seasons at Duke and was the Wide Receivers Coach in 2013. Before his return to Durham he was the WR Coach for the Pittsburgh Steelers for three years. Montgomery also served as the WR Coach at Duke from 2006-2009. Montgomery was the only holdover from Ted Roof’s staff when David Cutcliffe took over the program in 2008. Montgomery is also one of the best wide receivers in Duke Football history.
