DURHAM, N.C. – The No. 7 Duke women's lacrosse team is set for the NCAA quarterfinal, its 16th program history, Saturday as it takes on No. 2 Northwestern in Evanston, Ill. Opening draw is set for 1 p.m., (ET) on ESPN3.

The two squads will face off for the 21st time in school history as Northwestern holds a 16-4 advantage in the series history. The Blue Devils last defeated the Wildcats in 2018 in Durham and are 0-9 in Evanston. Duke looks to be the first team this season to knock off undefeated Northwestern (14-0), who only played Big Ten opponents per conference guidelines until the NCAA Tournament.
