URBANA, Ill. – The fifth-ranked Duke women's tennis team bounced back with a 4-2 victory over Illinois Sunday in Urbana, Ill.
With the win, the Blue Devils improve to 5-1 and handed the Illini their first loss (2-1).
Duke dropped the doubles point for the second time this season and for the second straight match. Duke's Yasmine Mansouri and Hannah Zhao were first off the court with a 6-3 victory over Asuka Kawai/Emily Casati before the Illini claimed the next two courts.
