DURHAM, N.C. – No. 5 Duke (10-2-4, 4-1-3 ACC) clinched home field throughout the ACC Tournament on Friday evening at Koskinen Stadium, defeating Notre Dame (7-4-5, 3-3-2 ACC) 4-0 to extend the Blue Devils unbeaten streak to 10 matches.
The Blue Devils are now locked into either a three-seed or four-seed in the ACC Tournament, pending the result out West against Stanford and California.
Graduate Colton Pleasants opened the scoring early for the Blue Devils, hitting a banger from 22 yards off the left post and past the Notre Dame goalkeeper, 1-0.
