NOTRE DAME, Ind. – No. 14 Duke fell behind early at No. 11 Notre Dame on Saturday night and could not find an equalizing goal, dropping the ACC matchup, 1-0, at Alumni Soccer Stadium. The Blue Devils (6-3-1, 2-3-0) out-shot the Fighting Irish (7-1-3, 4-0-1), including a late flurry in the second half, but were held scoreless by multiple diving saves and near-misses.
