No. 12 Duke Downs Davidson 17-0 on Tuesday

DURHAM – No. 12 Duke (8-0) downed Davidson (3-5) 17-0 in seven innings on Tuesday at Jack Coombs Field. Graduate Tim Noone worked a clean four innings on the mound to improve to 2-0 on the season, striking out five batters.

Ben Miller opened the scoring and extended his hitting streak to eight games, hitting a two-run home run to center field in the first inning. Fellow transfer Logan Bravo finished the day 2-for-4 with the Blue Devils first grand slam and a double, driving in four RBIs and scoring two runs.
