DURHAM – Seven Duke fencers have received invitations to the 2022 NCAA Fencing Championship, as announced by the NCAA Men's and Women's Fencing Committee. The championship is set for March 24-27 hosted by Notre Dame at the Castellan Family Fencing Center in South Bend, Ind.
The 2022 campaign marks the 14th time head coach Alex Beguinet has qualified five or more to the national stage.
Duke will send Danny Campbell III (men's epee), Christina Ferrari (women's foil), Catherine Flanagan (women's foil) and Alex Gorman (women's saber), Finn Hossfeld (men's foil), Terence Lee (men's saber) and Anneke Zegers (women's saber).
