Ed Hardin has a story which starts by talking about how the draft breaks dreams and moves on to discuss how the NBA is about to change and the potential consequences for the college game.
It may well change enormously. However, there is one advantage that colleges have over professional teams and it’s this; they don’t move very often.
In fact, the only college team we can think of that has moved in the last 50 years is Wake Forest, which is no longer anywhere near Wake Forest.
Generally speaking though, Dayton is still in Dayton, UNC is still in Chapel Hill, Maryland is still in riot country and BYU isn’t going anywhere.
