WAILUA, Hawai'i – The second-ranked Duke men’s golf team carded the low round of the tournament with a 13-under par 275 on Friday as the Blue Devils charged up the leaderboard at the John Burns Intercollegiate in Hawai'i.
Duke entered Round 2 in fifth place, but following its red-hot round on Friday, will head to Saturday’s final round in second place and just two strokes back of No. 11 Arizona State with 18 holes to play. ASU (-18), Duke (-16), No. 20 Texas A&M (-12), UNLV (-9) and No. 24 BYU (-9) round out the top five in the 20-team field.
