CLEMSON, S.C. – The Duke track and field team set several personal- and season-bests on Friday at the first day of the Clemson Invitational.
Duke’s pole vault squad continued its strong start to the season. Madison Heath led the way with a second-place finish, clearing 13-10 (4.22). Laura Marty finished just behind her in third-place after also clearing the same height. It is a personal-best for Marty and she joins Heath in qualifying for the ACC Indoor Championships in February. Also in the top-ten was freshman Rivka Arbiv and junior Nati Sheppard, both of whom cleared 12-8.
