Germany – Duke two-time All-America Brittany Lang and the United States registered an epic comeback Sunday on its way to claiming the 2015 Solheim Cup by a 14 ½ to 13 ½ ledger at the Golf Club St. Leon Rot in Germany.
Heading into Sunday’s singles matches, the United States trailed 10-6, but the U.S. would pull off the largest comeback in Solheim Cup history in 2015. The United States won nine of 12 singles matches Sunday.
The last time the United States claimed the Solheim Cup was in 2009 at the Rich Harvest Farms in Chicago, Illinois.
