Former Blue Devil Quinn Cook has worked really hard to make it in the NBA and if his career ended tomorrow, he’d still have two more rings than most players will ever have.
If he’s going to get a third, it won’t be with the Los Angeles Lakers: the team decided waive Cook on Thursday. With Rajon Rondo, LeBron James and now Dennis Schroeder who was obtained in a trade, Cook is expendable.
Cook tweeted RIP DAD, a message he sends with every tweet in memory of his late father with whom he used to watch Lakers games as a kid.
