DURHAM, N.C. – Former Duke tight end Davis Koppenhaver has agreed to terms with the Green Bay Packers to join the NFL organization as an undrafted free agent.
The Blue Devils’ career leader in touchdown receptions by a tight end, Koppenhaver was a four-year letterwinner at Duke. In 41 career games, he caught 49 passes for 431 yards (8.80) and 12 touchdowns. He finished with two or more catches in 13 games and reached 20 or more receiving yards in 10 contests.
In the Duke record book, Koppenhaver surpassed Stan Crisson (1961-63/10) for the top spot in receiving scores by a tight end.
