DURHAM, N.C. – After recently qualifying for the 2018 U.S. Women’s Open, Duke University incoming freshman Gina Kim will compete in the AJGA Thunderbird International Junior, which will take place at Grayhawk Golf Club Raptor Course in Scottsdale, Ariz., from May 25-28.
The tournament will feature 54 holes of stroke play featuring girls from ages 12-19. A total of 29 golfers are expected to compete.
A two-time winner on the AJGA at the 2016 Rolex Girls Junior Championship and 2014 AJGA Junior at Cattail Creek, Kim is currently ranked No. 5 overall in the Golfweek girls listing.
