Kim Remains in Top Three at Canadian Women's Amateur

VANCOUVER, B.C. – Following two straight rounds in the 60s to open the Canadian Women’s Amateur Championship, Duke University women’s golf rookie Gina Kim carded an even-par, 71, in the third round and remains in the top three with 18 holes remaining at the Marine Drive Golf Club in Vancouver, British Columbia.

A native of Chapel Hill, N.C., Kim opened her round Thursday with three straight pars and then moved her overall ledger to eight-under-par with a birdie on No. 4. She added another birdie on No. 8 to get to nine-under and sole possession of the lead.
