If she is proven to have prostituted her underaged daughters, Powell could be in very serious trouble.
Well this seems appropriate: Louisville police now say that if they can uncover solid evidence about the allegations Katina Powell has made about prostituting her daughters to Louisville players, recruits and their fathers, that they'll press charges.
Her own allegations do not constitute sufficient evidence.
Police also say that Andre McGee, the team’s former director of operations, may be prosecuted as an accomplice.
This assumes that her daughters were underage at the time. Potential penalties could be 10-20 years.
