DURHAM, N.C.—For the second consecutive season Myles Jones garnered one of the top honors in collegiate lacrosse, winning the L.T. j.g. Donald MacLaughlin Award as the nation’s top midfielder. He is the first Blue Devil to win the honor in multiple years.
Jones joins Matt Danowski as the lone Blue Devil to win a USILA major award twice in his career, while this year’s recognition marks the fourth time a Duke player has been voted midfielder of the year. Danowski garnered both USILA National Player of the Year and National Attackman of the Year honors twice in his career.
