JJ Redick, Austin Rivers Contributing to the Los Angeles Clippers’ Playoff Run

In a game 3 win over the Houston Rockets, JJ Redick led all scorers with 31 points including 11-14 from the field and 5-6 from behind the 3-pt line. Austin Rivers also came off the bench and played one of the best games of his young career with 25 points. Rivers has been much maligned for his play as he puts on blinders at times and generally makes some of the worst plays you can imagine, but game 3 showed growth in his game as he was aggressive while still staying in control. With Chris Paul being hampered by a hamstring injury in this series against the Rockets, Rivers has had to step up and attempt to play the minutes Chris Paul was asked to play.
