DURHAM – Head coach Robbie Church and the Duke women's soccer program have announced the addition of defender Jenna Royson, who will join the Blue Devils as a graduate transfer for the 2022 season.
A 5-8 native of Toms River, N.J., Royson saw action in 59 matches, while making 45 starts over the last four seasons with Georgetown. She started 18-of-19 matches on the defensive end and helped lead the Hoyas to 10 shutouts. Royson guided Georgetown to a 14-2-6 overall record, helped the team win its fifth Big East Championship and advanced to the NCAA Tournament second round in 2021.
