Well this is pretty cool: former Duke point guard, and assistant and interim head coachJeff Capel, now building a future pain in the butt program at Pitt, is going to be doing studio analysis for CBS and Turner for the NCAA tournament.
He has a literal lifetime of experience to draw on. His late father started teaching him the game a boy, he learned more from Coach K as a player and an assistant, and of course on his own at VCU and Oklahoma.
If we’re lucky, someone will push him to tell the hilarious story about the time his father set him straight about transferring from Duke.
