DURHAM, N.C. – Duke junior right-hander Bryce Jarvis was named to the 2020 Collegiate Baseball All-American Team, the organization announced Tuesday morning.
Jarvis received First Team recognition, earning All-America honors for the first time in his career. The Franklin, Tenn., native is the 13th Blue Devil in program history to earn All-America nods, and the first Duke player since 1994 to be tabbed a First Team All-American—Ryan Jackson (Collegiate Baseball – OF/P).
This season, Jarvis was spectacular as the team's Friday night ace. Jarvis was tabbed as the ACC Pitcher of the Week twice this season, highlighted by his perfect game against Cornell on Feb.
