LAS VEGAS, Nev. – On Sunday evening in Las Vegas, Nev., former Duke University women's golf National Player of the Year, Liz Janangelo, was inducted into the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) Players Hall of Fame at Planet Hollywood Resort.
Janangelo, a native of West Hartford, Conn., was inducted along with Kellee Booth of Arizona State University and Caroline Keggi of the University of New Mexico and Ohio State University. Booth, Janangelo and Keggi became the 76th, 77th and 78th members of the WGCA Players Hall of Fame.
"It's such an honor to be inducted into the WGCA Hall of Fame, said Janangelo.
