For a struggling New York Jets offense, quarterback Sam Darnold has found a security blanket in wide receiver Jamison Crowder.
Darnold connected with Crowder for the third straight week for a touchdown as the New York Jets defeated the Washington Redskins on Sunday afternoon, 34-17.
Jamison Crowder was drafted by the Redskins in the 2015 NFL Draft as the No. 105 overall selection.
In four seasons in Washington, Crowder caught 221 passes for 2,682 yards and 14 touchdowns as the team did not resign him in the offseason and the former Duke Blue Devil signed a three-year, $28.
