In June, Holliday was one of five recipients of the 2015 Wilma Rudolph Student-Athlete Achievement Award by the National Association of Academic Advisers for Athletics.
Coach David Cutcliffe’s Duke Football Show caught up with Holliday and he discussed a traumatic brain injury in a personal watercraft accident on July 4, 2012, on Lake Tillery near Charlotte, N.C., that ended his playing career.
