COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Former Blue Devils Paula Heimbach and Rhian Jones have been named to the 2017 senior U.S. women's national indoor team, as announced by USA Field Hockey this week.
Heimbach and Jones will train with Team USA throughout the summer in preparation for the Pan American Indoor Cup (PAIC), held in October in Guyana. The tournament serves as a qualifier for the 2018 World Cup. Selections for the PAIC roster will be announced in September.
A 2014 graduate of Duke, Heimbach was also a member of the senior U.
