DURHAM, N.C. – Rising redshirt senior quarterback Quentin Harris rushed for two touchdowns and threw for a third score to highlight Duke’s 65-snap scrimmage in the program’s annual Spring Showcase on a rain-soaked Friday night inside Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium.
Harris, who completed seven-of-11 throws for 69 yards while rushing for 31 yards on six attempts, logged ground touchdowns covering six and seven yards in addition to throwing an eight-yard scoring strike to rising sophomore wide receiver Jake Bobo. Duke’s passing game featured two completions of 35-plus yards with Harris connecting with rising redshirt senior receiver Aaron Young for a 38-yard gain and rising redshirt sophomore quarterback Chris Katrenick finding freshman wideout Darrell Harding Jr.
