DURHAM, N.C.—Duke University junior attackman Justin Guterding was selected as the Ronald McDonald House Charities Duke Student-Athlete of the Week following his six point-performance in the win at No. 16 North Carolina.
Guterding continued his torrid scoring pace for the Blue Devils with a game-high six points from three goals and three assists to lead Duke to a thrilling 12-8 victory over No. 16 North Carolina. Guterding assisted on three of Duke’s five first-half goals and then spearheaded Duke’s 5-0 fourth quarter with three of Blue Devils’ five goals in the final frame for the four-goal win.
