DURHAM, N.C.—Duke University men’s lacrosse sophomore JT Giles-Harris will step onto the international lacrosse stage this summer as a member of the Puerto Rico Men’s National Team at the Federation of International Lacrosse World Championship in June. Giles-Harris is among 20 current collegiate players selected to the team.
Puerto Rico was awarded membership into the FIL just over a year ago and has worked tirelessly in identifying qualified players to represent its national team in Netanya, Israel. Following a series of player assessment camps, scrimmages and tournament play, the top 40 players were invited to compete at a two-day tryout this fall.
