Garavito Joins Men’s Tennis as Volunteer Assistant

DURHAM, N.C. – Duke University men’s tennis head coach Ramsey Smith announced the addition of Diego Garavito to the coaching staff. Garavito will serve as a volunteer assistant coach with the Blue Devils, working with all facets of the program.

Garavito joins Duke after graduating from Bethune-Cookman with a Bachelor of Arts in May with a concentration on international business/business administration/finance.

The Colombia native was most recently a student volunteer assistant coach at Bethune-Cookman, assisting the head coach in daily duties on and off the court. Garavito was responsible for organizing and running practices for both the men’s and women’s teams.
