THE OPENING TIP
• Fourth-seeded Duke will open NCAA Tournament on Thursday when it faces No. 13 seed UNC Wilmington for the second time in program history.

• Duke has been a No. 4 seed or better in 29 of its 32 NCAA Tournament trips under Mike Krzyzewski. It has played in Providence once in the NCAA Tournament, winning two regional games in the city en route to the 1978 Final Four.
